Recently a student asked if I could demonstrate how to build a simple application that 1. Fetches data from a remote server. 2. Stores that data in a local database 3. Uses Phonegap and html, css, and javascript for UI
And here it is, a full demonstration building the app from scratch including my design and explanation of the javascript object api, localstorage, and json over http.
